The LKN Luxury Travel Expo will be a public showcase of elevated travel experiences and is part of a strategic partnership between Explore More and Cain Center for the Arts in Cornelius, NC. Please join us for our inaugural event 1/14/26.
Proposed Schedule of Events:
* 4:30 pm: Arrive for set up – tables will be set up for each participant, you will just need to add your marketing materials
*5:15 pm: Table Ready – there will be a pre-party upstairs that will end at 5:20 and we will encourage people to head downstairs before doors open to public.
* 5:30 pm: Doors open to the public.
* 6:30 pm: Panels start – announcements will be made for those wanting to learn more about a subject to join the panel starting in the theater at 0:00, but the trade show will continue in the lobby
* 7:30 pm: Panels end
* 8:00 pm: Event ends
Participation Options
Standard Table Participation – $500
• Includes display table + presence in printed materials
• Opportunity to meet attendees, distribute materials, and connect with travelers face-to-face
Panel Participation Upgrade – Additional $150
• Includes all of the above, plus a featured spot in one of our on-stage panels
• Great for brand exposure and thought leadership
• Bonus: If your company is able to donate a trip or high-value experience for the event giveaway, the $150 panel fee will be waived, and your prize will receive special marketing exposure
We understand some partners need payment flexibility due to quarterly or annual budget cycles – just let us know your preferred payment date via the registration link below, and we’re happy to work with you. We do ask that you commit as soon as possible, even if payment comes later, so we can move forward confidently with planning and promotion.
