Jen is the founder and CEO of Explore More, and to say she’s obsessed with travel might be an understatement. With nearly 60 countries visited—many more than once—her passion for exploring the world is at the heart of everything she does.
Her journey in luxury travel began at Gulfstream Aerospace, where she worked with elite clients who expected nothing less than perfection. But it was her personal travels—pushing two strollers through the streets of Europe with her twins—that gave her a deep appreciation for family travel. She believes that exploring the world shouldn’t stop when you have kids; in fact, it becomes even more important.
From sipping champagne at five-star resorts to navigating bustling markets with her family, Jen understands how to blend luxury with authenticity. Her firsthand experiences help her craft unforgettable journeys, whether it’s a milestone trip, a multi-generational adventure, or an immersive cultural experience that leaves a lasting impact.
With an eye for detail, insider connections, and a relentless passion for delivering seamless, elevated travel experiences, Jen ensures every trip is as unique as the travelers themselves.
Dana is a proud mom to three children and three rescue pups. She’s also deeply involved in her community, volunteering at Rescue Ranch both on-site and through fundraising efforts. Dana’s commitment to helping others shines both at home and in her work.
She brings valuable travel industry experience to Explore More, including time at our host agency, Gifted Travel Network, and at our safari supplier. Having also traveled as a client of a Virtuoso advisor, Dana understands the business from multiple perspectives, making her the perfect fit for our Client Experience Manager role. Her firsthand experience ensures that every trip we create is seamless and memorable from start to finish.
Dana’s meticulous attention to detail ensures every aspect of a booking is flawlessly arranged after Jen secures it, keeping clients excited and well-prepared for their travels. With her organizational skills and passion for service, she brings peace of mind to clients every step of the way. While she loves discovering new destinations, Vienna, Austria, holds a special place in her heart. She’s ready to ‘explore more,’ and we’re thrilled to be part of her travel industry journey!

MEET KELLI

Kelli’s most important role is being a mom to two adorable toddlers, but she also wears many hats—travel advisor, event planner, and even part-time mermaid (she teaches swim lessons on the side!). Her love for travel, the water, and kids makes her a perfect fit for Explore More.
Fate brought Kelli and Jen together in Jamaica, where Jen was celebrating her birthday—the same day as Kelli’s husband! That shared love of travel turned into a friendship and later a professional partnership. Like Jen, Kelli once wondered how her passion for travel would evolve with young children, but after taking her firstborn to Punta Cana at just eight months old, she was hooked on family travel.
As Explore More’s longest-serving team member, Kelli has taken on a variety of roles, always willing to jump in where needed. Now, she focuses on travel design, crafting seamless, elevated trips, while also managing much of Explore More’s social media presence. She brings creativity, organization, and firsthand family travel experience to the team, ensuring every trip—and every post—captures the magic of exploring the world.
Beth’s journey with Explore More Family Travel began as one of our first clients when we helped her and her husband, along with another couple, plan an unforgettable trip to Croatia. Since then, we’ve planned two ocean cruises for Beth, and she’s joined us on both Wander Women river cruises.
Beth’s love affair with travel began during a high school foreign language trip to France, and she’s been globetrotting ever since, always planning her next adventure. When she’s not traveling abroad or on the seas, she’s exploring the U.S. in her RV. In 2023, she spent a month in Europe with her mom and sister, who was living in Sweden at the time.
With a professional background in education, Beth has always been inspired by children’s curiosity and sense of adventure. After owning an AR Workshop, she now brings her passion for crafting unique experiences to Explore More clients, helping them design their dream adventures.
Beth’s extensive experience with ocean and river cruises makes her the ideal guide for navigating the many options, lines, and destinations. She looks forward to helping clients find the perfect cruise for their unique journey.
