Our partners in your destination provide contracted rates with trusted guides and drivers. Because of this, pricing is offered as a packaged rate. Attempting to break out each component individually online will often appear cheaper, but it won’t include the vetted guides, drivers, and local expertise that ensure your trip runs flawlessly. Using this level of service comes with a premium, typically around 20% higher than piecing together your trip, and includes:

Concierge Service
Our concierge service provides personalized support to enhance your trip beyond what is included in your travel package. The ways it can be used depend on the type of package you have:
Explore Package (Single Destination – Hotel, Resort, or Cruise):
- Cruises: Concierge service can be added for help with pre- or post-cruise arrangements and privatized shore excursions.
- Hotel/Resort Stays: Concierge service can be added for assistance with planning activities outside your hotel or resort – perfect for city stays where you want help with dinner reservations, tours, shows, transportation, or special experiences.
Explore More Package (Multi-Destination Trips): This package already includes accommodations, transportation within destinations, curated tours, and expert guidance. Concierge service can be added for even more personalized touches – examples include daily dinner reservations, theater or concert tickets, booking tee times, scheduling photo shoots, or special celebrations. The sky is the limit – we love transforming your travels into something truly unforgettable. Let us take care of the details so you can focus on making memories.

Air Booking Service
Let us take the stress out of booking flights so you can focus on enjoying your trip from takeoff to landing. Our professional air desk handles all flight arrangements, including securing competitive fares, monitoring schedule changes, and managing ticketing details.
By booking air through us, you gain access to exclusive rates for premium economy, business class, or first-class tickets, along with seamless support if any issues arise during your travels. This allows us to focus on designing the rest of your travel experience while ensuring your flights are handled with precision.
Cost: $100 per ticket (unless included in a supplier package).
Planning travel for a group or special event comes with unique challenges. We handle the logistics, coordination, and details so you can focus on enjoying the experience and making memories with your guests.
